A training cause for after-sales service personnel was organized by Quality Engineering Department
The Quality Engineering Department organized a training cause for after-sales service personnel from Coal Preparation Branch and Equipment Manufacturing Factory on June 13th, 2009 to improve their professional quality and skills. The General Manager of Coal Preparation Equipment Branch, Li Baowen, was in charge of the cause, which mainly contents fault diagnosis and maintenance methods of the main products, such as linear vibrating screen, horizontal centrifuge, vertical centrifuge, crusher, feed pump, etc. And at the end, he laid stress on the operating discipline of service personnel. In after-sales service, the behaviors and skills of service personnel reflects their quality as well as the business capability which directly represent the image of our company. This training will efficiently improve the level of after-sales service, guarantee the interest of customers better and promote the integral image of our company in the industry.
